I’m Kimberly, an Intuitive Integration Coach, 5/1 Emotional Generator, and INFJ, specializing in deep emotional healing, energetic alignment, and nervous system regulation. My work is rooted in compassionate communication, intuitive trust, and helping others reconnect with their authentic voice and purpose.

My own journey through ADHD and CPTSD led me to explore holistic healing methods that honor both the mind and body. Through somatic healing, human design, astrology, equine-assisted integration, and new neural pathway development, I’ve learned how to rewire patterns, regulate my nervous system, and reclaim my energy. This path has guided me to my true north and divine mission—helping others do the same.

The horses in my practice act as powerful mirrors, helping clients release emotional blockages, develop self-awareness, and restore balance within their energetic bio-system.
